In Buckhead’s Peachtree Park, $900K English Tudor oozes curb appeal

Some aspects of 4,200 square feet could warrant updates, however

Just south of Lenox Square in Buckhead’s Peachtree Park section, this postwar English Tudor doesn’t quit when it comes to sheer curb appeal.

But discerning buyers of Atlanta would probably ache for updates in parts of these 4,200 square feet (namely the master bathroom), although the entire house looks beyond functional as is.

All things considered, the $899,900 price tag seems utterly reasonable for a five-bedroom home of such size in this part of town, though it might portend costly renovations ahead.

Built in 1948, the property has three fireplaces, six and 12 bathrooms—including an en-suite off every bedroom—and a little cove of forest behind the patio that’s only slightly creepy.

The listing describes the home overall as “absolutely stunning” and the finishes throughout as “lavishly appointed.”

Buyers who don’t agree with that now would probably concede this place could be really special with a few alterations.
