On the northern reaches of what could be classified as Midtown’s Westside—or more accurately described as western Buckhead—Pollack Shores has unveiled the area’s latest apartment offerings.

Millworks on Emery Street has officially welcomed its first residents, according to a press release. The development opened earlier this year, and 80 of almost 350 apartments are leased, officials said.

While the location description of “West Midtown” may be suspect—after all, Collier Road is decidedly in Buckhead—Millworks is declaring itself the newest addition to the burgeoning neighborhood.

According to the developer, units are going quickly in the community, which features plenty of collaborative space for residents to “foster the type of shared community that... residents are hungry for and want to be a part of.”

Millworks, which rose on the site of a demolished office development, features 345 apartment units, ranging from one-bedroom options with 727 square feet, to large two-bedroom offerings across 1,581 square feet.

And beyond the units themselves, the community features bocce ball courts, a saltwater pool, Google fiber connectivity, and a “creative studio” for residents to create art.

On Emery Street, near the intersection of Collier and Howell Mill roads, the development is the latest among countless high-end apartment options popping up along the northwestern fringes of the city.
