Lovers of clean lines (and constant cleaning requirements), rejoice: A new townhome development in Brookhaven is ready to welcome its first residents.
The first phase of Brookhaven Wilshire, a modern-style enclave snuggled between Oglethrope University and the Town Brookhaven mixed-use development, will soon officially be move-in ready.
Building 100, which features four homes, is the smallest of the project’s three phases.
Each residence in the 18-home development sprawls across four floors and features between four and five bedrooms and four-and-1/2 bathrooms. If four floors seems a daunting task for the daily grind, every home is elevator-ready.
Of course, for the location and palatial sizing (each home is at least 3,700 square feet), prices start at just under $1 million. And for those who like a pop of color (or a dash of traditionalism), the austere white brick buildings with simple black-framed windows may be a bit too minimalist.
According to the development website, four homes are under contract, and three more have been “reserved” for interested residents.
