Perplexingly, for $1.59 million and so much space, the home manages just three bedrooms (large ones) and three and ¹⁄₂ bathrooms. It does offer a cozy den and not shortage of spaces for lounging around.

Good luck finding another kitchen that looks like that in Atlanta, for better or worse.
