Atlanta condo hunters tired of yawn-worthy design could be intrigued by this Midtown unit that’s anything but safe and tired.

With two bedrooms and 1,329 square feet, it’s perched in the 22-story Luxe condo tower just up the hill from Piedmont Park, a hot zone for recent high-rise apartment construction, which is apparent from the balcony here.

The one-of-a-kind flair actually begins at the entryway, where Moroccan glass tiles arch in black and white. One bedroom is currently dedicated to being a plush TV lounge, while the living room is more of a social cocktail space, with its marble-topped bar and two Sub-Zero fridges for booze.

From here it must have been disheartening to watch Yoo On the Park rise—as privacy and views deteriorated—but such is the risk of high-rise living, and pleasant views spanning from the park to Buckhead remain.

But the real kicker here, however, could be the highly customized master bath, which is clad with Italian marble throughout and boasts a master shower so large it could be called a shower room.

The asking is $629,000.
