As construction on Modera Midtown moves into its final stages, developer Mill Creek Residential has announced leasing details for their other latest offering.
While Modera Sandy Springs, a five-story apartment development in the decidedly more suburban district along Roswell Road, may offer a very different experience from the Midtown high-rise, the difference in prices isn’t all that great.
According to the project website, studios will start at nearly $1,300 per month and one-bedroom units will go for between $1,410 and $1,930 apiece.
The smallest two-bedroom units in the building will go for just under $1,600, while the 19 other floor plan options will range as high as $2,545—just $100 shy of the two-bedroom units available at the Midtown property.
While the range of prices in Midtown trends toward the upper end of the Sandy Springs project, one major difference is the size of the units; while the Midtown units are compact floorplans, the more northern apartments trend toward larger layouts.
The Sandy Springs building will even offer a limited number of three-bedroom, two-bathroom units, including a townhouse-style option. The largest units will go for just shy of $3,000.
Of course, with the luxury prices, the amenities available in the building are quite extensive.
Residents will get to enjoy a movie lawn, a club room complete with billiards and a gaming area, a yoga studio and gym with fitness classes, EV charging stations, and a dog park and spa.
In addition to a slew of onsite retail, and walkability to the city’s new downtown district, the building will feature a Starbucks coffee bar and juice bar for residents.
The building’s first residents will get to move in by mid-July, with more apartments coming online throughout the summer and fall.
