Despite the fact that West Midtown isn’t actually a neighborhood, the descriptor—a blanket statement for dozens of small neighborhoods west of The Connector—has successfully been applied to countless popular developments.

Westside Heights is the latest project to open in the Blandtown neighborhood, along Huff Road, just northwest of the Westside Provisions District.

Like all projects popping up around Howell Mill Road and Marietta Street between 8th and 17th streets, the complex was built with bells and whistles meant to attract those seeking “luxury.”

There’s the requisite fancy pool, complete with palm trees, a tanning ledge, and adjacent bar and grill space; a decked-out gym; a rooftop social lounge with sweeping views of the Atlanta skyline; and even a “grab-n-go” breakfast and coffee bar.

The smallest one-bedroom units, which aren’t much more than 600 square feet, start at $1,300 a month, while larger floorplans push close to $1,900. For two-bedroom units, pricing starts at more than $1,700 and maxes out at $2,600, according to Rent.com.

Units are now available for move-in, with the building expected to be completed by late summer.
