Hankering for an Atlanta townhouse but on the fence about aesthetics? Looking for streamlined modern? Traditional old brownstone? Some seemingly nonexistent middle-ground?

A new 17-unit venture near Lenox Square in Buckhead appears to be aiming for a sweet spot between contemporary and classic, and the results—at least per initial renderings—seem rather unique.

Dubbed “Creek View at Lenox,” the project has sprouted along the rollercoaster that is Lenox Road between Interstate 85 and central Buckhead.

Duluth-based developer The United Group Properties describes the townhouse cluster as “luxury” and “elevator-ready” in a private, gated setting.

The first offering to hit the market carries an $879,900 price, with three bedrooms, three and 12 bathrooms, and an even 3,000 square feet. The listing seems to imply that the “elevator to all levels” comes with.

With a mostly brick exterior and sleek, simplified interiors, the homes appear to fuse modern and traditional elements.

Another perk: Lenox MARTA station is less than a mile down the road. And the opposite of a perk: $400 monthly HOA fees.
