SkyPointe townhouse fronts North Avenue, boasts rooftop deck

Billed as a “contemporary masterpiece” with primo location, this clean-lined, four-bedroom offering has reached the market this week a few uphill blocks from Ponce City Market and the Beltline, with Freedom Park next door.

That rare Atlanta new-build with bones of mostly steel, it greets North Avenue with spacious front decks and a crisp, butterfly-roof design by the Robert M. Cain Architect firm.

Unit 1 is the more visible half of a two-townhome venture dubbed SkyPointe, standing up the hill from another Cablik Enterprises-built project, Sky Hill.

Inside, the blank palette leans arctic, from the marble to other hard surfaces and most walls (but not the living room’s black post). It counts three and 12 bathrooms, an abundance of Pella windows, Porcelanosa finishes throughout, and a surprise spiral staircase that leads to the crowning perk, a rooftop deck with skyline views.

The property listed this week at $999,900—a sum that no longer bags a modern mega-manse in these neighborhoods. The square footage is an even 2,700.

Way back when, this North Avenue-facing unit debuted on the market at $875,000 in September 2015, and its pre-construction sibling (with equal square footage but a fourth full bathroom) was $25,000 more expensive back then.

The back half appears to have been claimed already.
