Custom touches and dramatic skyline views are just the start in this high-rise home

High above Peachtree Road in the Phoenix on Peachtree, this 2,362-square-foot corner condominium exudes warmth from the moment buyers enter the door.

From the hardwood floors and built-in bookshelves to the custom stacked stone fireplace, the living room is at once welcoming and relaxing, a stark contrast to many of the modern-designed condos prevalent in Buckhead.

This warmth carries over into the gourmet kitchen, which features Italian cabinets and high-end stainless steel appliances, including a wine cooler.

But the star attraction in this condo is the sweeping views beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows. Perhaps the only thing better—make that two things—than the views are the terraces where future homeowners can enjoy both the weather and scenery.

As expected, the master suite is impressive thanks to a private entrance to one of the terraces, a walk-in closet that could easily serve as a small den, and a master bathroom complete with garden tub, walk-in shower, a bidet, and even a towel warmer.

Of course, the building’s amenities are not bad, either. Built in 2001, the Phoenix on Peachtree offers residents a 24-hour concierge, fitness room, media room, and pool.

Perhaps the biggest surprise of this condo is the asking price. Last purchased in August 2001 for $868,400, buyers can now grab up this unit for a reduced $779,000.
