‘Immaculate’ Edgewood Atlanta loft boasts 20-foot ceilings, artful decor

A relatively affordable option with MARTA walkability for buyers who don’t require traditional walls

A loft for sale in Atlanta’s Edgewood neighborhood for $240,000.
A simple, lofted layout.

Beneath gorgeous wood ceilings that soar more than 20 feet, this Edgewood loft brims with rustic and emotive artwork and has roughly 10 times more antlers than televisions.

Described in the listing as “immaculate” and “nicely appointed,” this unit at LaFrance Street Lofts could be a relatively affordable option for buyers not big on excessive space and traditional walls.

It is big on industrial beams and concrete floors, with a smidgeon of exposed brick and piping.

The price: $240,000, plus $289 HOA fees, which help cover amenities like a dog park, saltwater pool, and gym with new CTX resistance training equipment. It counts one (upstairs) bedroom, one and 12 bathrooms, and—surprisingly—two deeded parking spots.

It’s not the cheapest loft available in the building at the moment (this one’s $15,000 less) but it might be the most aesthetically on-point.

Highlights around these 1,056 square feet include the cozy reading nook off the bedroom, a towering window stack in the living room, and the industrial staircase that looks downright unbreakable. Find a rear, shaded patio around back for al fresco dining.

Overall, the loft is certainly airy, but the tight master bathroom could be a squeeze for couples.

The location boasts a nearby MARTA station and walkability to dining, shopping, and coffee options in Edgewood, Candler Park, and Kirkwood. Another unit in the building is touting “arm’s length” proximity to “the new Pullman Yard,” as if there’s something to actually do there.
