Renderings for lilli Midtown reveal building’s final look

At Peachtree and 3rd streets, high-end apartment tower lilli Midtown is nearing its final height, and the unique building’s cladding is offering a glimpse of what the completed project will look like next year.

But for development wonks wanting more concrete ideas of what the future holds, JPX Works has released “final” renderings, illustrating finalized material selections and construction decisions.

When complete, the white and black tower—which has been compared to a modern interpretation of a Jenga set—will stand 24 stories and offer 150 units, a rooftop pool, and large club room in the sky.

Prices are expected to set records in the city, thanks to high-end finishes, deluxe amenities, soaring ceiling heights (at least in one unit previewed below), and stellar location, just steps from the Fox Theatre.
