Topped by rooftop fire pit, sleek modern townhouse on DeKalb Avenue is filled with light, asking $550K

One of several boutique townhouse projects on DeKalb Avenue, The Views at Clifton officially sold out last summer, and if our crack research is correct, this new listing would be the community’s first resale.

The asking price—nearly $100,000 more than a year ago—exemplifies the heat this side of Atlanta is experiencing.

Here at the junction of Lake Claire and Candler Park, where MARTA trains whir and San Franscisco Coffee brews across the street, the unit’s crowning achievement is a rooftop lounge, den, and deck (with fire pit) that counts “amazing skyline views,” which the listing unfortunately fails to show.

Beneath that fourth level is a clean, sleek aesthetic with no shortage of natural light, sharp finishes, and wide-plank hardwoods. It’s one instance where the renderings actually came true.

Like the Candler Park village and nearby PATH route linking to the Beltline, Pullman Yard makes another appearance in a listing as a positive thing; combined with walkability to MARTA stations, it all helps this enclave notch a strong 77 WalkScore.

Beyond the roof, perks include the master bedroom’s double dose of walk-in custom closets (yes, plural), plus a flex space with yet more custom built-ins.

Find three bedrooms and three and 12 bathrooms among these roughly 2,500 square feet, which qualifies it as one of the largest. The $550,000 asking price also requires not-bad $165 monthly HOA fees.

This time a year ago, it sold over asking at $458,000.
