An old home-turned-business and adjacent parking lot on 6th Street in Midtown will soon be transformed into three high-end townhome residences.

Epic Development and Gamble + Gamble Architects plan to bring “Stacks on 6th” to the site, located between Juniper Street and Piedmont Avenue, across an alley from Broadstone Midtown.

Each of the three townhomes will feature three bedrooms, three-and-1/2 bathrooms, and private, two-car garages. The main living floor of each home—including gourmet open kitchens for entertaining—will be capped on either end by balconies to allow the outdoors in.

The exterior connections extend to the master suites, which include balconies, and run up to the roof; each home will have an “amenity packed” rooftop terrace with “breathtaking views of the city.”

For those not willing to traverse stairs to enjoy the view, each home will also feature a private elevator.

Construction could begin soon, but there’s no timeline identified for completion of the project. Additionally, no pricing details have been unveiled yet.
