Across from Arts Center MARTA Station at West Peachtree and 15th streets, work is beginning to wind down on the latest new apartment tower in Midtown.

AMLI Arts Center has launched a new website and begun pre-leasing apartments. Since the 30-story tower topped out in the early spring, work has focused on finishing the 350-plus units.

Of course, the new building features a range of amenities that have come to be expected in every new “luxury” offering in the city.

Inside, find a two-story fitness center, complete with a “streaming fitness library” and private yoga studio, a clubroom with a bar and big screen TVs, a business center, and a dog grooming spa. Outside, there’s a rooftop movie theater, skyline lounge and deck, a pool, gardens, bocce ball court, and pet park.

And yes, the perks come with a price.

Pricing for the smallest units—650-square-foot studios—starts at more than $1,500 a month and quickly goes up from there.

One-bedroom, one-bathroom options require more than $3,200 a month for some upper-level units, while two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouses will go for more than $5,000 monthly.

Units feature floor-to-ceiling windows with roller shades, Elfa closets, Nest thermostats, front-loading washers and dryers, 10-foot ceilings, and quartz countertops.

The first residents are expected to move in Oct. 17, with upper-level units available in December.
