Just east of Oakland Cemetery, construction is set to begin on Memorial Drive’s highly anticipated condo development (yes, singular), and more details are emerging about the 24 units expected to deliver next summer.
Announced a few weeks ago, 764 Memorial will be built at the site of a planned, similar project that failed to fully materialize during the recession.
ITP Development has plans for a five-story, brick-and-stone building to feature 11 one-bedroom units and 13 two-bedroom options.
Floorplans show basic layouts for both the one- and two-bedroom options, ranging from around 800 square feet to nearly 1,200 square feet.
Prices aren’t yet listed for the units, which all feature balconies facing Memorial Drive. However, the developer indicated earlier this summer that prices will start in the $200,000s and range up into the $300,000s.
And it should be noted that while floorplans are now available on the project website, Ansley Developer Services has not yet listed any units for sale.
