Video gives indication just how posh the new Peachtree Road tower will be.

Newly released video renderings of Buckhead's proposed Emerson condo tower offer a glance at how Atlanta's next high-end high-rise will look.

A two-minute Vimeo clip reveals more details about the ultra-posh residences, highlighting skyline views, top-of-the-line appliances, swanky outdoor waterfalls and poolside hangouts, and a dramatically cantilevered front entrance.

Expansive terraces, marble-clad fireplaces, and private elevators await those who can afford the multi-million dollar pricetag for even the least expensive units.

First announced more than two years ago, the tower was christened “Emerson” in March of 2016, paying homage to the author, who had a major impact on the work of noted local architect John Portman, father of developer Jarel Portman of JPX Works. Architects on the project include Rule Joy Trammel + Rubio, Perkins +Will, and Mark Williams Design Associates.

Within the past year, renderings have offered a glimpse at just how decadent the building will be.

And with demolition on the site complete, construction of the tower could begin in the coming months.

While few will be able to afford the lifestyle, viewing the video is free:
