Tri-level residences planned between Beltline’s Eastside Trail and Moreland Avenue

A rendering of modern townhomes bound for Atlanta’s Reynoldstown. Renderings/site plan: Epic Development

Eastside Atlanta’s modern townhome craze is expecting quadruplets.

That’s the goal behind new plans for what’s called R. Town Stacks, two contemporary duplexes scheduled to rise in Reynoldstown between Moreland Avenue and the Beltline’s new Eastside Trail extension.

The Wilbur Avenue residences will serve 2,700 square feet across three levels. Expect rooftop terraces, two-car garages, multiple patios, elevator options, and what’s referred to as “penthouse suites.”

It’s a project by Epic Development, the same group behind a Stacks concept under construction in Midtown and another now selling between Old Fourth Ward and downtown.

It won’t be the only modern duplex offering on this particular Reynoldstown street, as these (and others nearby) sprouted last year.

An added bonus is the planned Beltline link—The Trolley Line Trail—expected to be built a few yards from here in coming years, providing a PATH route that would hypothetically extend to points east including Pullman Yard.

We’ve reached out for more details on R. Town Stacks pricing and construction timelines and will post any updates that come.

The two lots in question, in 2016.
