With floorplans dubbed “The Chelsea,” “The Greenwich,” “The SOHO,” and “The Tribeca,” a new eastside townhome venture is aiming for buyers who’d fancy a four-story slice of Gotham in East Atlanta.

Or something like that.

Planning is Demolition work is well underway in the beating heart of East Atlanta Village to make room for a 14-unit project dubbed #BeAtHome - The Village.

UPDATE: The demolition photos below are related to a second, adjacent residential project in the East Atlanta Village, which is not associated with these renderings and floorplans. More details forthcoming.

The “creatively inspired” townhomes are “mindfully designed” to include three or four bedrooms—each with a rooftop terrace—100 steps from the EAV, per marketing materials. Prices will begin in the $500,000s and climb into the $600,000s.

As intown townhouses go, floorplans are relatively large, ranging from a hair over 2,600 square feet to nearly 2,750. Each unit includes a two-car garage.

Designed by Atlanta’s Gamble + Gamble firm, the project is being developed by California-based Cogent Bay and LHN Properties.
