Coworking brand WeWork has launched their latest Atlanta offering on Peachtree Street in Midtown, just south of 17th Street, and Georgia’s gubner showed up to mark the occasion.

The three-story shared space occupies a formerly blah midcentury office building that was long overdue for a makeover. The building was totally redone with a new glass facade, a Peachtree Street plaza, and a bright yellow stair tower.

Per business leaders, tenants will enjoy private phone booths, conference rooms, high-speed internet, a coffee bar, and printing rooms.

Rent per month for space to work starts at $250, with private offices starting at $550.

With the opening, WeWork now has three locations in Atlanta.

A Buckhead outpost opened in 2016, while Colony Square—just three blocks from the new location—opened last year. Another location has also been announced for Terminus in Buckhead.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that the latest location boosts the total WeWork portfolio to accommodate more than 3,000 people in their Atlanta locations.
