Braves fans will have a new place to stay when the first pitch is thrown at the second season of SunTrust Park.

The Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta has officially opened, after nearly two years of construction. Billed as “the official hotel of the Atlanta Braves,” the Omni features design touches that pay homage to the team and the adjacent ballpark, such as framed antique scouting reports.

With 264 rooms—including 28 suites—the glassy, 16-story hotel offers many guests direct views of the baseball diamond. Suites boast private terraces, with some promising a unique vantage for games.

For those with rooms that don’t face the field, the pool deck will provide sweeping views of The Battery and a glimpse at the stadium.

Downstairs, find a Hugh Acheson restaurant called “Achies,” 20,000 square feet of events space, and retail spaces with boutique shopping and art.

Rooms are available starting Friday, with standard rates between $169 and $289 per night.
