Neither unit in heart of Beltline neighborhood is wanting for elevated hangouts

Between the Beltline’s Eastside Trail and Moreland Avenue, this latest addition to Reynoldstown’s duplex surge is being marketed as the happy medium between bold modern and cozy warmth.

Recently finished on Walthall Street, the units listed this week on opposite sides of the $700,000 mark, suggesting that living closer to the street is worth a premium, even for the smaller home.

Both pieces offer three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, balconies, and rooftop terraces with adjoining, covered lounges. Inside you’ll find contemporary style, custom railings, and wood accents in unexpected places.

Walkability to Krog Street Market, several parks, and “world class dining” is mentioned as a perk, along with the inclusion of a mudroom and wide-open family room/kitchen/dining zone. Less appealing is the portable landscaping shown in listing photos.

Up first is Unit A, which faces the street. It’s asking $720,000 for a hair over 2,300 square feet.

...

Option B, set father back from the street, is the cheaper offering at $699,000.

It counts an additional 200 square feet (2,500 total), which means the price/foot breakdown is $21 less, too.

Collectively, the listing claims the dwellings are “making modern warm in the heart of Reynoldstown!”
