Construction is nearing completion on one of Midtown’s poshest, priciest apartment options, where each unit is billed as a “penthouse.”
Practically every Atlanta rental community built in recent memory has carried the description “luxury,” but Wood Partners is aiming to take luxe to the next level with Piedmont House.
Think private wine-storage lockers, in-unit wet bars, gas ranges, Bosch appliances, and half-bathrooms so guests get their own space.
The building offers no studios, with the smallest one-bedrooms coming in at 735 square feet. The largest floorplan features three bedrooms and a den—and more than 2,500 square feet, comparable to a four-bedroom intown house.
Amenities include a sprawling pool deck with waterside cabanas, a “lavish” pet spa, and a sky lounge with a private demonstration kitchen, chef’s table, and baby grand piano. Located near Piedmont Park, the building offers plenty of walkability.

Of course, penthouse life—even on the eighth floor—doesn’t come cheap. Prices range from just over $2,000 to more than $8,500 per month, which lands the building in the $3 per square foot range shared by nearby YOO on the Park and others.
According to the leasing team, the building has been a success so far, with some floorplans nearly fully occupied.
For the monied of Midtown looking to rent the next hot thing, there’s clearly a new option in town.
