Reynoldstown’s duplex frenzy continues with a forthcoming build that’s marketed as exceptionally modern in an area with walkable offerings sprouting left and right.

Smack dab between Moreland Avenue and the Beltline’s Eastside Trail, both units at this semi-detached, contemporary dwelling on Walthall Street have hit the market this week.

Interior renderings aren’t offered with the listing, unfortunately, but the exterior recalls, in many respects, this Edgewood duplex from 2007 with similar aesthetics and functionality.

In Reynoldstown, both pieces will offer three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, balconies, and rooftop terraces with adjoining “sky lounges.”

Ironically, the smaller unit (1,898 square feet for $720,000) costs more than its larger sibling (2,139 square feet for $700,000). Any guesses which is which?

Beyond the multitudinous raised patios and location, perks will include 10-foot ceilings, large windows, and cypress wood accents. The result? “A modish combination of textures and tones,” per the listing.

The property sold for $290,000 last year, records indicate.
