Construction activities are finally wrapping up on one of Midtown’s largest apartment developments, an 8th Street tower that just might up the ante for intown amenities.
Work is proceeding on the upper floors, where apartments and the rooftop amenities are being finished out.
Every few days, per developers, crews finish work on a higher floor, opening up leasing options. Final work is expected to wrap in March, with rooftop amenities ready for springtime frolicking.
Apartments begin at $1,652 for one-bedrooms with 627 square feet.

This addition to the Modera roster started leasing back in 2016, and with half of the building unfinished, more than a third of the 435 total units are leased, per developers.
We checked out construction on the building podium a year ago, and toured the state of amenities in July. Needless to say, things have come a long way since.

Here, workers build planters that divide private patio spaces from the running track wrapping the building.
