Enjoy “seasonal skyline views” and “incredible entertaining” in this 2007 contemporary on Atlanta’s burgeoning Westside

A modern take in a more traditional Westside neighborhood.

Built in 2007, this blue-gray contemporary home in Berkeley Park certainly stands out among its neighbors.

Making its first appearance on the market, the home has a simplified, colorful exterior—a different take on most moderns popping up around Atlanta.

With 2,774 square feet on three floors, the property overflows with room for entertaining. The central space, with the kitchen opening into the living room and out to the back deck, offers plenty of room for friends and family to come together.

That back deck overlooks a private fenced-in backyard that could add to the entertaining space, except, sadly, there’s no staircase from the deck leading down into the yard.

The listing also states there are “seasonal skyline views,” and while there are plenty of windows throughout the home, it’s not clear which room offers those particular views.

One guess would be that upstairs bonus room.

Speaking of, possibilities abound in the bonus room as well as the unfinished room in the basement, which could be a future bedroom, home gym, or home theater.

Located between Howell Mill Road and Northside Drive on the Westside, the home is priced at the high end of the neighborhood with a current ask of $615,000.

Although other Berkeley Park moderns in the area come with higher price tags, they also remain on the market. Time will tell if this particular property is priced to move.
