Snuggled up to the bars and restaurants of East Atlanta Village, land has been cleared to make way for two dozen townhomes.

Ironside East Atlanta Village, billed as “Limited Edition Residences,” will soon begin vertical construction along Glenwood Avenue.

What Now Atlanta reports that developers have an ambitious timeline for the development, with plans calling for the first residences to come to market in late spring.

Featuring 24 townhomes, Ironside will fill a triangular wedge of land with frontage on Flat Shoals Road and Glenwood Avenue. The units will feature three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms apiece, as well as rooftop terraces.

At least 13 of the homes will be just over 1,900 square feet and feature a two-car garage. Site plans for the development offer an incomplete picture as to how six of the homes will provide parking.

Prices are shown to start at $499,900 and range up to $539,900.

The project will rise adjacent to a recently unveiled 14-townhome development, where offerings range in price from $500,000 to $600,000.
