Residential developer Mill Creek has found success with their Modera brand of apartments in Atlanta, constructing mid- and high-rise versions of the product across the metro.
Now, work is wrapping up on the group’s latest project—and first offering in Cobb County—Modera Vinings.
The project brings 269 units in a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom offerings to a site next door to Cumberland Mall.
Six stories of apartments sit atop more than 5,000 square feet of retail. According to a press release, one of the retail spaces will boast a Kale Me Crazy location, with more restaurants expected.
And how’s this for a unique amenity: Residents will get to enjoy a large private pond encircled by trails and a boardwalk, which all ties directly into the Silver Comet Trail. The building will have paddle boat and bike rentals for residents.

Other amenities include an open-air event space, large courtyard with firepits and dining spaces, a pool and sun deck, and a large fitness area with yoga studio and personal training sessions. For Fido, expect a dog park and pet spa.
Pre-leasing has begun at the property, with the smallest units going for $1,450 a month.
Seven options boast three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the largest—a two-story unit with nearly 1,650 square feet—listed for $2,865 per month.
Move-ins begin at the Lord Aeck Sargent-designed project at the end of the month.

The project joins Modera Morningside (recently rebranded as Morningside by Windsor), nearly complete Modera Midtown, Modera Sandy Springs, and under-construction Modera Buckhead.
