The latest example of proposed intown housing following the future Beltline has emerged on the southern fringes of Grant Park.

The Providence Group’s newest endeavor, dubbed “Pratt Stacks,” will welcome a 16-building townhome community alongside Grant Park’s Southside Trail to-be, reps announced Wednesday.

The units will be stacked four stories high and start selling at $390,000, offering (deep breath) “open concept, flexible spaces that easily adapt to a variety of styles accented by expertly curated designer finishes to seamlessly blend sought-after features and thoughtful touches,” according to a press release.

Pratt Stacks will neighbor the Beltline’s planned Southside Trail extention, right across the street from the under-construction creative community “The Beacon,” which happens to have filled 70 percent of its tenant occupancy.

The townhome development will also station a sales center at The Beacon. Interested parties will be able to swing by to scope Pratt Stacks’s various design options, as well as play with interactive floorplans.

Pratt Stacks will also yield its residents easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, and, for those future Beltline buffs, some on-site bike storage, developers said.

An expected completion date has not yet been announced.
