Westside coworking options are set to multiply soon.
Developer The Allen Morris Company has inked a lease with global, membership-based coworking company Spaces, which plans to take two floors of the forthcoming Star Metals Offices, an architecturally eye-catching proposal for Howell Mill Road.
The office venture—part of the broader Star Metals Atlanta—joins a development wave on and near Howell Mill, from the fringes of Buckhead to duckpin bowling hotspot The Painted Duck and beyond.

The 14-story, Class A office stack is ready to break ground this summer, with a projected delivery in spring 2020, reps with Allen Morris said.
Expect lush terraces and a rooftop restaurant-bar “glass house” concept with sweeping views from Buckhead to downtown.
Spaces will claim 56,100 square feet, consuming the seventh and eighth floors, with a large terrace, ground-floor reception area, and private business club fronting Howell Mill Road.
Across the street, near Northside Tavern, construction on the luxury residential tower piece is scheduled to launch this month. Expect more than 400 apartments there.
