A substantial new apartment tower could be coming to Buckhead, and project officials say it could be developed to accommodate younger—perhaps millennial—renters.

Houston-based PM Realty Group, one of Atlanta’s biggest office space landlords, is reportedly ironing out details of a deal to buy an undisclosed piece of Buckhead land, with intentions to build a skyscraper with multifamily offerings, according to Bisnow.

The particulars of the project are largely still up in the air, but PMRG Chairman Rick Kirk told Bisnow the structure would likely resemble one of the company’s Denver developments, which is called The Confluence.

The Confluence is a 35-story residential tower replete with an outdoor pool and hot tub, rooftop lounges, workout facilities, as well as a bike- and (swanky alert) ski-maintenance center. There’s also an REI store at the ground level.

The project would be PMRG’s first foray into multifamily development in Atlanta.
