Under construction for several months this year and last, a batch of townhomes at a community called Edgehill at Historic Kirkwood is teetering on “move-in ready” status.
The work of builder Central Living by David Weekly Homes, the 23-home development is comprised of three-story townhomes ranging from 2,024 square feet to 2,133 square feet.
Each unit offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a balcony, patio, and two-car garage.
Pricing varies between the builder’s website and several real estate listing sites, but asks generally range from $499,530 to $557,098.
It has been alleged, per a tipster, that these townhomes turned out better than the original renderings, which, of course, isn’t always the case. With photos from the model unit now popping up in listings, there is proof that the reality is at least as good as the initial proposals.
Inside these units, amenities of the EnergySaver homes include quartz countertops, hardwood floors, gray and white kitchens (shocking!), and Kichler lighting.

Along with low-maintenance living, the townhomes also are directly across from the upcoming Pullman Yard redevelopment, which expects to break ground early next year.
In coming years, should plans pan out, future Edgehill residents could find themselves close to an outdoor music venue, a boutique hotel, office spaces, residences, food vendors, and a film stage, all part of this “creative city.”
But in the much more immediate future, several townhomes in this development are expected to wrap construction in the next week.
