With financing secured, the sky’s the limit for Midtown’s $530 million multi-tower mixed-use development known as 1105 West Peachtree.

Selig Development announced Thursday that a $340 million construction loan from The Blackstone Group would help propel the project, which is slated to ultimately feature 675,000 square feet of office space, a 64-unit condo tower, and a 178-key Hotel.

Until now, the hotel brand for the 3.5-acre development had been a mystery, but Selig unveiled Thursday that, thanks to a partnership with Mainsail Lodging & Development, 1105 West Peachtree is set to house a Marriott Autograph Collection Epicurean Hotel.

Officials say the hotel will boast a “full-service, culinary-driven concept,” as well as conference and event facilities and “an activated terrace integrated into the Midtown skyline on the 9th floor of the project,” per the release.

Additionally, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Google, one of the project’s anchor tenants, could be considering taking upwards of 400,000 square feet of office space at the site—a far larger chunk than was previously anticipated.

The condo tower, dubbed 40 West 12th, is expected to comprise units ranging from $600,000 to $2.2 million. Sales launched this week.

The whole project—hotel, condos, and the rest—is scheduled to deliver in the third quarter of 2021, but each tower is on track to top out in 2020, officials said.
