After many months of construction, Modera Buckhead is set to take its place among the city’s most luxurious high-rise apartment communities, officials say.

Following a grand opening party November 14, the upscale development is scheduled to open doors to residents. And early indications are that it won’t have that ghost town feel of some new buildings.

Located on Peachtree Road at Pharr Road, the 21-story mixed-used community by Mill Creek Residential includes more than 21,000 square feet of ground floor retail space that features Spa Sydell.

On the residential side, here’s what future residents can expect in the 399 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes:

RENT: One-bedroom units start at $1,790 and top out at $2,230. Two-bedroom units start at $2,470 and reach $3,705. Three-bedroom units start at $3,790 and climb to $4,175.

SQUARE FOOTAGE: One-bedroom, one-bathroom units range from 634 square feet to 763 square feet.

Inside the two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, square footage ranges from 929 to 1,274.

For three-bedroom, two-bathroom units, sizes range from 1,282 square feet to 1,367 square feet.

BUILDING AMENITIES: An indoor spa and relaxation lounge, two swimming pools, clubhouse, demonstration kitchen, self-serve package lockers, game room, private garage, yoga/pilates studio, fitness center, personal training, fitness classes, pet spa, and a rooftop dog park.

According to the building’s website, only 33 units remain available, despite what some may perceive as hefty rents. They are 13 one-bedroom homes, 17 two-bedrooms, and three three-bedrooms.
