The latest Gables project in Atlanta has opened at the doorstep of Buckhead Village, offering the market’s first in-home concierge service booking app and rents that soar north of $7,000 per month.

Facing East Paces Ferry Road, just off Piedmont Road, the latest Atlanta venture from Gables Residential—The Ashley—mirrors similar luxury concepts in Miami and Denver and offers Buckhead’s biggest elevated pool.

Another perk, as Ashley Gables reps pointed out this week, is a partnership with Amenify that offers residents the ability to book services such as cleaning, massages, dog-walking, and more via a customized concierge app. The 15-story property has also introduced a solar canopy adorned with Tesla batteries.

All that’ll cost you, of course.

Rents for 604-square-foot studios begin at $1,632. Meanwhile, the largest properties—three-bedroom townhomes with more than 2,600 square feet—are commanding $7,032 rents.

The Ashley replaces a row of homes turned businesses, buffered from the street by small parking lots.

With a primetime 88 WalkScore, boosted by nearby retail and entertainment, the building offers a rooftop dog park, gaming courtyard, movie wall, the aforementioned luxe pool with cabanas, and a “sky lounge” with city views.

The units themselves have customizable closet systems, wine fridges, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops.
