West Midtown’s first high-rise residential building is inching closer to becoming reality.

Although Seven88 West Midtown hasn’t technically gone vertical yet, potential buyers can now see and experience a little of what’s to come in a newly opened sales gallery next door to the under-construction residential tower.

Located at 930 Howell Mill Road, Suite A, next to mixed-use hub The Brady, the sales gallery lends an up-close look at not only the residential units, but also the amenities and predicted lifestyle at Seven88 West Midtown.

On display are interior finishes planned for each unit as well as the various available floorplans. Also, visitors can examine firsthand the materials and finishes available for the kitchen and bathrooms, which are on display in a special vignette, project leaders recently announced.

In addition, a 3D model of the completed tower holds center stage in the sales gallery.

Once completed, Seven88 West Midtown will offer 279 residences in 20 floors.

Square footages range from 699 to more than 2,800 square feet, with a choice of 22 floorplans. Prices start in the high $300,000s and max out at $1.75 million for a penthouse.

Planned building amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, a 9,000-square-foot deck, and, on the ground level, retail, restaurants, and entertainment space.

As of yet, no delivery date has been announced, but if construction starts to go vertical in the coming weeks, one should be released in the near future.

The sales gallery is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
