The suburbs are getting a city touch, thanks to Pollack Shores Real Estate Group, who, on Friday, announced a new development in Acworth, approximately 32 miles northeast of Atlanta right up Interstate 75.

Sitting alongside the interstate off Cherokee Street, the 315-unit, multifamily community will feature 12 buildings along with a 2.5-acre park. Unlike higher density communities found in the suburbs, this project will have 14 units per-acre density.

Although no interior renderings have been released yet, the project’s press release states units will have granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a mix of vinyl-plank wood flooring and carpet.

Community amenities will range from a fitness center to a swimming pool to a clubhouse. Groundbreaking should take place soon given the projected opening date is March 2020.

This is just one more in a number of developments by Pollack Shores, who already has projects in Chosewood Park, Buckhead, and The Battery Atlanta.
