Offerings at a relatively large townhome development consuming a wooded parking lot and more next to Lake Claire Pool are coming to market.

Tucked off DeKalb Avenue, the Southerland Terrace venture is candidly being marketed as a “magical collection” of customized, semidetached living options, located at “the intersection of the right size at the right place.”

Listings thus far range from $493,900 (two bedrooms, 1,517 square feet) to $708,800 (four bedrooms, 2,692 square feet). Expect monthly HOA fees, too.

It’s the latest neighborhood by Hedgewood Homes, a company that’s designed and built more than 4,000 residences throughout metro Atlanta, including the suburban Vickery Village and Woodstock Downtown communities.

Elsewhere in Atlanta, Hedgewood is building the tucked-away Manchester project between Piedmont Heights and Lindridge-Martin Manor, not far from where Piedmont Road meets Cheshire Bridge and dips under Interstate 85.

Manchester is described as a modern take on early European urban villages. The Lake Claire venture will closely resemble that, per listings.
