Marketing efforts are ramping up for a new pocket-size townhome community that sellers say offers the best of Edgewood and Reynoldstown living for buyers who might be conscious of space.
Under construction for a year, The Row on Wylie by Foyer Urban Builders is now open for tours and closings, officials with The Brightstar Team/Compass recently announced.
The five-home community is tucked just off Moreland Avenue, with prices beginning in the mid-$400,000s, reps said.
The site is neighbored by a small Moreland Avenue commercial building—once a Goodfellas pizza, InstaLoan, and Inferno Fitness, among other uses—that’s been converted to a drive-thru Dunkin’.
The high-traffic location might not appeal to all, but the location does offer walkability (78 Walk Score) with the Beltline’s Eastside Trail maybe five minutes away by bike. The Edgewood Retail District, Krog Street Market, and Pratt-Pullman District are all cited as nearby attractions.

The price points would put these townhomes among the least expensive options in the area, north of Memorial Drive. Each has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and covered rooftop terraces that seem genuinely private.
The compromise, especially for larger families, is sheer space across four stories: Each is 1,689 square feet, with one-car garages. The layouts, however, are promoted as being “extremely livable.”
Like official listings, photos and interior images aren’t available, but the below floorplans and site layout lend a good idea of what’s being offered.
