The 25 Most Expensive Listings in Atlanta Right Now

View as Map

Last September, we took you on a tour of the most expensive residential listings in Atlanta, and now it's high-time for an update. This year, prices are trending up, and this new map reflects market optimism: Only two of the "Top 25" listings are below the $5 million mark — and only just below — compared with 10 listings in 2014. Like last year, all 25 of the most expensive, for-sale homes in the city are in Buckhead, and West Paces Ferry Road far out paces any other street, with six estates making the cut. Note: Not all properties appear on the FMLS, so if you're privy to mega-listings hiding in some obscure place, please drop a line in the comments section for all to see.
