Atlanta’s 30327 zip code, encompassing the northwestern corner of the City of Atlanta, and the southwestern portion of Sandy Springs, has long been a bastion of wealth.

Described by Time magazine as the “most expensive” zip code in Georgia, 30327 counts many of the grandest homes along West Paces Ferry. In fact, the most expensive home ever sold in Atlanta—Tyler Perry’s former Chatthoochee-side estate—is located in 30327.

While homes regularly go for many millions of dollars in the zip code, not every house is made exclusively for millionaires. In fact, discounted properties that have undergone one price-chop after the next are in no short supply. Seriously.

For those hoping to snag a pad in this tony area, here are the least expensive options currently on the market:

4 Bohler Point

Currently the least expensive single-family home in the zip code, this 14-year-old cedar-clad offering sits at the extreme southern edge of 30327. Located just off of Defoors Ferry Road, the three-bedroom, two-and-1/2 bathroom house is in a gated community, offering privacy and security. Last sold more than a decade ago for $516,000, the 2,733-square-foot home is offered today at $595,000.

1080 Peachtree Battle Avenue

Snuggled up against Interstate 75 at Peachtree Battle Avenue, this midcentury brick ranch has had some spiffy upgrades over the years. While the chopped-up floor plan, small windows, and dated exterior betray its original 1948 construction date, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom layout makes the most of its 2,359 square feet, and the 1.3-acre lot is a big bonus. Originally listed for $750,000, the price has been reduced to $599,000.

1255 Moores Mill Road

Much like the second home on the list, this midcentury brick home packs a lot of space into a sprawling single story. Built in 1953, the updated home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and nearly an acre of tree-shaded yard. Listed last year for $620,000, the home was recently reduced to $599,000.

3420 Pine Meadow Road

Located just a few blocks from the palatial mansions of West Paces Ferry Road, this hillside brick house has seen better days. The dated interiors hearken to the house’s original construction back in 1964 and a renovation in the 1980s. Billed as a chance to renovate or rebuild, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is in need of serious TLC. Listed earlier this year for $629,000, the price for the 2,189-square-foot project has been reduced to $599,900.

1020 Mount Paran Road

Near the intersection of Mount Paran Road and Northside Drive, at the extreme northern edge of the City of Atlanta boundary, this 2,012-square-foot offering screams 1980s on the outside. Featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, Saltillo tile in the kitchen, and a lot of beige carpet elsewhere, the house has languished on the market for more than two years. Sitting on more than one acre of land, the home sold for $575,000 during the recession. After coming back to market for nearly $700,000 back in 2015, the home has gone through multiple price chops and is now listed for $599,900.

4955 Powers Ferry Road

The least expensive home in the Sandy Springs portion of the zip code, this 1958 ranch-style property is also the smallest offering at just 1,732 square feet. Billed as “move-in ready,” the home could use some serious upgrades in the kitchen, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Sold for a staggeringly low $290,000 during the depths of the recession, the home roared back on the market last month for $640,000. It is now listed for $605,000.

25 Mooregate Square

This end-unit semi-detached home may appear drab out front, but inside is a tastefully regal living area, complete with walk-out patio and large pool. Spanning three floors (each serviced by an elevator) the home features just three bedrooms, with four bathrooms. Upgrades are needed upstairs, and the galley kitchen is narrow, but the nearly 3,000 square feet of living space is ideal for parties. Listed earlier this year for $679,000, the price has since dropped to $610,000.

1010 Peachtree Battle Circle

Located along Peachtree Creek, just east of Interstate 75, this recently renovated home was originally built in 1960. With just three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s hard to believe the home is over 2,100 square feet. While the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated, there is still work to be done to modernize some aspects of the home and possibly finish out the basement. The home was last sold in 1980 for just $101,000, and was listed late last year for $675,000 before experiencing a few price drops to $649,000.

625 Idlewood Drive

Located not too far from the edge of the Perimeter, this “California contemporary” home is the largest on the list with 3,593 square feet. Built in 1985, the Sandy Springs home is an all-white wonder inside. The three bedrooms and four bathrooms are large, while the soaring two-story living spaces and large deck are big enough for wild parties. Listed for $750,000 at the beginning of the year, a series of price drops has brought it to $669,000.
