Midtown Atlanta's Latest Projects, Mapped

Seventeen projects are active, with 25 more proposed for construction

View as Map

Midtown — Atlanta's hottest hotbed for development — is dominated by construction projects these days. Since we last updated a development map of the area in November, a slew of new projects have broken ground or been proposed. Currently, 17 projects are under construction, including three which were just in the planning phase a few months back: Tech Square labs, AMLI Arts Center, and 22 14th street. With 25 more planned or pending, including a few newcomers to the list — the Standard, Campanile, and 1280 West Peachtree among them — here is an updated map of what's coming in booming Midtown.
